Delivery

Garston provides delivery service with our own fleet of trucks. We offer delivery to most of Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Southern Maine. Please call our Customer Service Department regarding delivery requirements.

Digital Graphics Technical Support

Our technical support is second to none. Whether it’s a connectivity issue, color problem, equipment diagnosis or just a brush up on a cleaning procedure, most cases can be handled with just a quick phone call. Garston is also one of the few companies that with your permission and a couple of clicks of a mouse, access your computer for training purposes or troubleshooting. Our phone support also allows us the ability to speed up equipment repairs by diagnosing issues over the phone before our technicians arrive.

Garston’s dedicated technicians are factory trained by the manufacturers specifically for equipment troubleshooting and repair. They attend additional training courses throughout the year to continue their knowledge of new technology and procedures to help maintain equipment. Technicians are dispatched daily from our three locations to repair and maintain our customers equipment.

In order to maintain quick response times, Garston carries a very large inventory of parts and maintenance supplies allowing for quicker repair time and less down time waiting for parts to arrive from the manufacturer.
